At just 15, Rosie Quirk has earned her first call-up to represent Great Britain at the 2025 FIP Euro Padel Cup, a phenomenal achievement and a proud moment for everyone at the British Padel Academy. Her journey reflects everything we stand for: fast-track development, world-class coaching, and unlocking the potential of serious young players.

🔁 From Tennis to Padel: The Rapid Rise

Rosie began her journey in padel less than two years ago, transitioning from junior tennis. Her natural feel for the game, paired with a sharp tactical mind and relentless attitude, saw her storm into the LTA women’s top 10 rankings.

Alongside partner Chloe de la Mare, Rosie became one of the youngest-ever winners of an LTA Grade 2 title...not just once, but twice. Together, they also received wildcard entries into international FIP Bronze events, making an impression at every level they played.

🇬🇧 The GB Call-Up

Rosie’s standout performances didn’t go unnoticed. She was recently named as one of five debutants in the GB women’s squad for the 2025 Euro Padel Cup in Madrid (7–13 July), joining a team that includes established players like Tia Norton and Catherine Rose. For someone still early in their padel journey, the call-up is a major milestone — and just the beginning.

🎾 Behind the Scenes: BPA’s Role

The British Padel Academy has worked closely with Rosie from the outset. She trains weekly with Head Coach Dan Troy across venues in Ipswich, Slough, and Maldon. Through BPA, she’s had access to mentoring, elite development camps, and exposure to competitive matchplay, all crucial to reaching this level.

BPA’s player-first approach means athletes like Rosie aren’t just taught, they’re supported through a full pathway of training, performance analysis, and tailored development.

🌍 Eyes on the Future

Rosie regularly trains at the A2 Academy in Barcelona, hitting with and around some of the world’s top female players, including Ariana Sanchez and Alix Collombon. These international experiences, combined with the structure and support she receives through BPA, have helped build her into a fearless competitor, level-headed, hard-working, and always ready to learn.

With continued guidance and experience at the international level, Rosie is on track to become one of the UK’s most exciting prospects.
