Founded by Dan Troy, an experienced padel coach with a strong background in sports coaching and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, the academy provides expert training from grassroots to GB-level players.

 

At its core, the academy focuses on developing coaches, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to elevate their players and, in turn, strengthen the clubs they work in. By improving coaching standards, the British Padel Academy fosters a culture of excellence that benefits clubs, ensuring a higher level of play and engagement within the sport.

 

Operating across multiple padel clubs in the UK, the academy not only nurtures future talent but also supports clubs in growing their coaching programs, enhancing player pathways, and hosting events. With a proven track record of developing and creating some of the UK’s top players including the highest ranking GB player —many of whom represent GB at junior, senior, and veterans’ levels—the British Padel Academy is a driving force behind the sport’s growth and progression in the UK.
